Dr Weimin Li is the director and founder of Beijing WeiBo Law Firm. He obtained a master's degree in law from Peking University, a doctor's degree in law from Beihang University and a postdoctoral research in law from China University of Political Science and Law.

Dr. Weimin Li's practice field is broad and profound, and he attaches great importance to the combination of legal theory and legal practice. He has made great research achievements in the fields of artificial intelligence, big data and personal information protection, and has rich practical experience in corporate legal risk prevention, corporate mergers and acquisitions, asset restructuring, financing, commercial arbitration, legal risk control of Internet finance, compliance of Internet enterprise operation, intellectual property strategy and intellectual property litigation plan design, formulation, risk diagnosis, crisis public relations and foreign-related legal affairs.
