Ms. Liang is a partner of WeiBo Law Firm. During her practice, Ms. Liang has been dedicated to intellectual property litigation and non-litigation services, particularly patent infringement litigation and patent invalidation disputes, with cases involving fields such as microelectronics, electronic circuits, computers, and communication technology. Ms. Liang handled a large number of influential cases. She used to represent Apple in a series of patent infringement suits against Qualcomm, two of which were selected as the TOP 10 Cases of the Year; represent Apple in a patent infringement, invalidation, and administrative suit against Zhizhen; represent Intel in a patent infringement and invalidation suit against VLSI; represent Microsoft in a patent infringement and invalidation suit against Neodron; represent InterDigital in a series of patent invalidation suits against various domestic companies, etc.

Prior to joining WeiBo, Ms. Liang used to work at CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office and Fangda Partners.
