1.Majoring in science and engineering in a well-known university or with dual educational background in science and engineering and law, and major in electronics, communication, semiconductor and other related fields is preferred;
2.Having the qualification of patent agent or legal professional qualification;
3.Have rich working experience in patent litigation, invalidation, examination or agency;
4.Having excellent English ability is preferred;
5.Excellent professional ability, able to host or independently undertake difficult and complicated patent and other technical cases, with continuous learning ability and teamwork spirit.
patent lawyer
1.Majoring in electronics, communication, semiconductor and other related fields in well-known universities, master degree or above is preferred ;
2.Having the qualification of patent agent or legal professional qualification;
3.Have certain working experience in patent litigation, invalidation or agency;
4.Excellent English ability;
5.Strict work, excellent logical thinking ability and oral expression ability, continuous learning ability and teamwork spirit.
Pralegal
